Since nf_hookfn declaration was change, we can't compile hello-packet.c in 4.8 version Add my_hook_kernel_v4 for nfho.hook

Since nf_hookfn declaration was change,
we can't compile hello-packet.c in 4.8 version
Add my_hook_kernel_v4 for nfho.hook
